Donna brings strategic thinking, innovation and people-centered approaches together to provide quality advice and practical solutions to complex problems. Her career pathway has moved from socio-economic consultancy, to leading policy and strategy across the New Zealand public sector, and now to leading Powerdigm, 

Donna has tackled complex issues across regional development, education, justice, transport, child wellbeing, and community-led change. Donna has consistently demonstrated a commitment to values-driven leadership, delivering exceptional problem solving, collaborative approaches and impactful solutions. 

In her downtime, you might find Donna on the golf course, or in her sewing-shed working on an up-cycling project. She lives with her husband, teenager and doggo in Churton Park.
